We are excited to announce that our school will proudly take part in the 2025 Terry Fox School Run/Walk, scheduled to take place on Thursday October 8th, 2026 (during the school day). This event will support cancer research while building incredible school spirit for our students and our community. Let’s all show the great strength and resiliency of our school community with your support for one of our greatest Canadian heroes, Terry Fox.
Our students were given a pledge sheet. In addition, the Terry Fox Foundation has created an online fundraising page for our school. Here are some of the ways you can support your child for this year’s Terry Fox event:

· There is no minimum donation, every dollar counts!
· Receipts are issued immediately to donors by email
2. Help your child raise funds and return them with the completed pledge forms.
We are very excited to be a part of this year’s Terry Fox event. This year’s campaign theme, Finish It, is a powerful reminder that while Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope was cut short, the mission he began is still very much alive. Thanks to schools like ours, we are closer than ever to finishing what Terry started. Based on last year’s incredible support, we’ve set this year’s goal at $4,000.
