The PPO is a committee composed of volunteer parents, who organize and support fundraising and initiatives in line with the school’s Educational Project.

All volunteers MUST complete the form below in order to be eligible to volunteer in our school. You must complete this form for the judicial record verification process to begin.

Your information will then be provided to Gardium Security, from which you will receive an email with consent forms to complete. Please make sure to verify your junk mail as the email should be received within 24-48 hours.

Once your judicial record verification is completed, the results will be shared with the Legal Department of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board. If approved as a volunteer, your school will be informed. Should you not be approved, you will be informed directly by a representative of the Legal Department.You will then be contacted
